FanCode Partners with FIFA+ for Non-Live Programming Offerings
Fancode is going to begin FIFA+ Zone and a FAST channel (free ad-supported streaming channel) on its platform, spreading the wings of world-class football-focused content, adding exclusive interviews, documentaries, and behind-the-scenes footage with some of the biggest names in football.
This will comprise new and old content from all past FIFA tournaments, including the very memorable FIFA World Cups.
FIFA+ Zone will cater to Indians audiences with specially curated programming like interviews, documentaries, and highlights of selected teams and players that capture the imagination of fans in this country, besides the best of FIFA World Cup action.
The channel will be 24/7 free to access, bringing Indian fans closer to enjoying the world's most popular sport. With this initiative, FanCode takes its agenda a few notches higher in providing world-class experience to fans while consuming their favorite sport.
Speaking about the launch, FanCode co-founder Prasana Krishnan said, “This collaboration with FIFA+ will give Indian fans access to best-in-class non-live football programming. The passion for the game has grown substantially in the last few years with more than 305 million football fans in the country but the content served to them hasn’t kept pace with the fandom. With some of the top leagues and players across the globe already on FanCode, this addition will help us add further value in our football offerings to fans.”
FIFA+ will supplement FanCode's portfolio of non-live football content with the addition of programming from existing European Champions Real Madrid through their 24/7 club channel, Real Madrid TV.
This partnership enhances the football portfolio of FanCode as it brings viewers to watch Carabao Cup, Copa Del Rey, selected FIFA World Cup qualifiers from South America and Asia, AFCON, A-League, J-League, and many other leading leagues and events.
