Tapri Media Unveils Gujarati News Portal Focused on In-Depth and Positive Journalism
Surat (Gujarat) [India] August 7: Tapri Media has ventured into digital journalism and entertainment with the debut of its new Gujarati news portal. The launch event was esteemed by the existence of Krishnakant Unadkat, the renowned editor of “sandesh” and acclaimed author, along with Dr. Jignasa Oza from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board, who attended as a special guest.
Founded to honor India’s passion for tea, Tapri Media seeks to provide enhancing and thought-arousing content across the nation, with a particular prominence in arts and culture. Moving away from traditional journalism, Tapri Media has implemented a “No breaking News” policy, favoring feature stories over such updates. Their content will apparently feature themes of environmental conversation and women’s safety.
Krishnakant Unadkat voiced his support for Tapri Media, forecasting that it will “create a new niche” in the media landscape. Viral Desai, a major environmentalist and the driving force behind Tapri Media, shared his excitement about the launch of the portal."The rise of short content and sensational breaking news has heightened societal sensationalism. Tapri Media aims to shift the focus towards depth, positivity, and patience in our reporting," Desai stated.
Ankit Desai, the Founder and Editor-in-Chief, recognized the difficulties of delivering high-quality content in today’s fast-paced media landscape."In the era of reels, offering substantial content in journalism and entertainment is challenging. Steering clear of sensationalism to provide positive and in-depth content is risky, but we are committed to delivering engaging and meaningful stories nationwide."
Looking ahead, Tapri Media plans to launch ”Tapri Studio,” a platform that will create a range of shows, podcasts and interviews on subjects including arts, culture, health and relationships
